Thinking about going modular...

Posted by tannilisa (My Page) on

Hi, I'm new here and have a few questions. I live in Massachusetts and am thinking about tearing down our present home and re-building with a modular home. I was wondering if anyone here is from Massachusetts that did a modular and what company was used? I did a search and there is one on the Cape that does demolition, foundations and everything, but I want to check around to see if anyone has any reccomendations. Thanks!

RE: Thinking about going modular...

Hi,
I am a builder of modular homes in South Carolina. Unfortunately we do not build in Massachusetts but I have a website that has a directory of builders by state. I only have a couple in Massachusetts, but you should check them out. Also, during your search if you come across any builders in Mass that you would recommend, let me know and I'd be glad to list them on the site for free. I hope this helps. The site is www.modularresource.com Click on find local builders and choose massachusetts

The modular company I work for builds a lot of homes for Massachusetts buyers. Depending on the type of house and the part of the state you live in, there may be other suitable manufacturers.

I try to avoid blatantly promoting our company on this forum. Feel free to contact me by email for recommendations. Click on my name above and then "Send Me an email."

Here is an online directory for MODULAR homes, commercial buildings and services, etc. You can find different companies providing all sorts of informations regarding Modular homes, including their websites, telephones, addresses and brief descriptions.
You can also filter information based on your geo location:)
Hope it helps.
Good Luck!
