Hi all! I live in Eastern Washington state, 30 minutes out of Spokane, out in the tulies, lol. I just purchased a 1978 SW, 3/2. My lot rent is $245 a month, which is why I live way out here! It includes WSG. Good sized lot. Electricity runs around $60 per month. No amenities, but I'm not the clubhouse/pool type anyway. It's very quiet here, and the neighbours seem really nice. No crime to speak of. Property tax is $80 a year. I own the home outright, so I just pay the lot rent and utilities.

Our lot rent is $155.00 a month, and obviously this doesn't include any extras. The 2 guys that manage the mhp are very responsible and cooperative. Utilities here are pretty reasonable. Located in NW Pa.
