best time of the yr. to buy a manufactured?

| Is there ever a "better" time of the year to purchase a manufactured home? Do they ever go on sale? Does the market tend to slow during the winter months and they reduce prices? |

| I do not have an answer for your question. I had no idea of the prices of new mobile homes, but recently a billboard went up near here noting that new 3-bedroom units are available at prices starting at $34,999. |
