metal roofing

| I have a 1982 champion mobile home and I would like to put metal roofing over the existing tin or metal roofing. It that possible and if so how do I go about doing it? Thanks for all your help and have a GREAT DAY |

| We had a metal roof put on our mobile home - over the existing metal roof. We are not do it yourselfers, unfortunately, so we had it professionally done. Also had patio cover on the back and front porch cover and awnings added on the front. It really adds to the looks of the place and helps a lot in keeping the house cooler. |

| We just added a metal roof on our SW as well. My DH did all of the work himself & just put 1 x 2 (I believe) runners along the whole roof & also added some foam board insulation just because in between each runner, then of course, the metal went on over that. It made our SW look so much better! Good luck! |
