Need recommendations for FL

| I am looking for recommendations from satisifed customers for modular home builders. My land is in FL. I don't get great results when I google modular and FL.
So far I have Palm Harbor and Precision. Any more you can recommend?
I have not completely decided on modular so any recommendations for a dealer/installer of HUD homes would be welcomed as well. |

| Another one you might want to check out is Patriot Homes from Alabama. The guy we were working with also sold them. I only saw a couple of their and they were very spacious for the money but looked less like a on site built home. You know there are "on frame" and "off frame" ones. The one I told you we had is off frame and would be set on a stem wall. |

| We looked at Palm Harbor, in particular their "Cinci Cape" model. We wound up with Horton Homes from Georgia (www.hortonhomes.com) and are very happy with the result; two stories, 2650 sq. ft., etc. To most people it is indistinguishable from a regular site-built home. |
