Seeking financial source for 1st time MH purchase

I am looking to buy a used Mobile home. I have a down payment and meet the credit score criteria. I am in Southern California, and in the town I live in, only one bank will finance MH's, (the rest will have nothing to do with it). I didn't meet their criteria, so they won't finance me.
Are there any other sources (in or out of state) that will finance a 1st time buyer?

| The people that just bought our manufactured home used FHA.WE are in Idaho. California might be different. |
