| The only home I had with a crawl space had gravel over dirt with heavy plastic sheeting to keep the moisture out or at least to a minimum. I believe a concrete floor for a crawl space is a waste of money. But if you're considering a concrete floor why not put up the extra courses of block or extra concrete and have a full basement? Even if the only access is from the outside you won't regret the extra space for storage. |
