Hi,
My little mobile home is 760 square feet. It is about 40 years old, and in good shape, but has little insulation, and no vapor barrier or anything. Just metal sides, then insulation layer, then inside paneling. I want to remove the split system and replace with 2 1/2 ton Trane package unit. My existing AC is a 2 ton. Is this overkill or will it work? My current AC/heat is working, just not efficently, and i would love the space removing the inside heat part would give me in the kitchen.
Need this answer fast..
