Best Manufactured homes in California?

Hi. My husband and I are hoping to replace our old delapidated TINY home with a new manufactured home. We own our property and the home will be placed on it in California. I have been doing research and finding tons of horror stories from consumers about almost every manufactured home company and it is freaking me out. I am learning all of the things we need to look out for and what a good manufactured home needs to be made with but does anyone have any suggestions on which companies are the best? Every time I think I have found a good company (and not the cheap ones) I seem to find people saying they are the worst. Are there ANY good manufactured home companies available to us? So confused.
