Ask the seller if he/she has a spec sheet for the home...it will have alot of information about exactly how the home is built...insulation, sub flooring,wiring,ect...this will help you make a more educated decision...all homebuilders use different construction methods on different models and the home could have been built to the previous owners wants/needs...for example it could have been built with extra insulation... something you'd never know without that spec sheet...good luck!

I know nothing about this brand of home except that they are no longer in business. Whether they just sold to a larger company I do not know. The only reviews I found were pretty bad, but may all be issues a previous owner took care of.
