Palm Harbor Homes

| We are looking at the Palm Harbor manufactured homes and Discovery Modular homes verses building a house. By looking at the website and the info they have mailed me the Palm Harbor homes look better than any manufactured homes (in our area) that I have look at. Anybody have in info on these homes....Own one? I would like any additional information. Thank You.. |

| We live close by where Palm Harbor homes are built and have been to their models. We were amazed at how nice they looked and how fancy they could be inside. They had a couple 2 story ones. Then we decided to check out Precision Homes in Oscilla, GA. We ended up buying a 2 story from them for a business adventure. (We are in no way a dealership.) Anyway, we have had lots of people in our home who had worked for other modular home business including Palm Harbor and ALL we really impressed with the construction of our home. I am not saying Palm Harbor isn't a good home but just giving you the feedback we got in relation to ours. You can find out their construction specifics at www.precisionhomes.com |

| Their website is www.precisionhomes.biz We bought the Yorkshire Cape, which you can see under Florida when the states show up. I saw from your other post you are in Arkansas. I don't think they deliver there though. But you might get some comparisions on building construction standards, etc. |
