TV antenna

Hi, I am new here. My cousin rents a mobile home in Michigan and
wants to have an outside TV antenna installed. Otherwise all she can watch is the local PBS station even with the digital tuner box. If she ever wanted to move could she take the antenna with her
or if the park goes bankrupt(there are a lot of vacancies)
could she take it?
