How many of these pendants will I need?

Hi, everyone! I think I have found my island pendant, but I don't know how many I need from a lumens perspective. We have a vaulted ceiling. We will have cans every 4 feet or so except for where the pendants go. We will also have some task lighting by the wall counters/ range. The island is about 9'9" by 48".

Any guidance? Thanks!
