| I am getting ready to do some kitchen mods./upgrades, but mainly appliances and countertops. We will be keeping the knotty pine ceiling, paneling, and cabinets. We really don't dislike these fixtures, but have been looking at them for 26 years, and wouldn't be opposed to a change. Most of the track fixtures I've found so far are high tech and contemporary. These are an antique brass finish, and I've thought about just cleaning them up, and painting them a dark bronze or matte black. There is one pendant over the corner sink now, and the light provided by the tracks is adequate, but maybe just time for a change... |
Follow-Up Postings:

| Halo makes some pendants that clip into tracks. How about four hanging around the skylight, too busy? |
|
| How about uplighting the cabinet tops- cove lighting? You could use t5 fluorescent or led strips to light up the ceiling. |
