Replacing small and dim with bigger and brighter

Forgive me, for I am a lighting and electricity newbie.

We have builder's grade flush mount lights in our kitchen, hallway, and laundry room. The new kitchen light I chose is 3" more in diameter and takes the same number and wattage of bulb.

The laundry and hallway lights are currently 9" in diameter and take three 25-watt bulbs. The new ones will be 11" in diameter and take one 75 watt bulb.

The light over the kitchen table is now oh so very plain and takes one 60 watt bulb. Every meal is romantically lit whether we plan it or not. ;) The new one is a 3 light chandelier that takes 100 watt bulbs.

Should I be concerned that whatever electrical connections or openings might currently exist would not support the new fixtures? I am planning on hiring someone to install them, and have not purchased the lights yet in case I am missing something I should know.

Any info, links, or reassurance would be appreciated.
