scissor extension light where can i find a cheap one?

I love the look of these lights but they are all so expensive 300+. Has anyone seen one of these for cheaper even if it is a look a like? I even looked for the scissor extension hinge to make my own with no luck. Any ideas would be great. Thanks Amy
