Need help with vanity lights

We just bought a home that is not finished. There is a electrical box for a sconce light on each side of where a 60" wide mirror would go. There is 66" between the boxes. The boxes are about five feet from the floor. What kind of lighting device would provide enough light for general use for husband shaving, etc.?

It sounds like they intended to put Wall Lights on each side.
