7" recessed light?

I have a 7" recessed light in my 30 year old home that I assume was installed when the home was built. It has an ugly grid insert covering the bulb. but it is even uglier if you remove the cover because the light is so huge.

Does anyone have any easy fix to improve this situation? I can't find any 7" recessed lights/trim for sale any longer. Am I stuck with replacing it with a smaller light and fixing the drywall? I'm not very handy with electric or drywall, so if I go that route I will have to bring someone else in to do the work.

I was just wondering if anyone else had this same situation and what their resolution was....

If anyone else has this same issue, I found the perfect baffle that has trim wide enough to cover the 7" fixture and 7 1/2" ceiling hole.
