Recessed Lighting Placement? and How Many?

I am trying to figure out where and how many lights to install in my living/entertainment room. The dimensions are roughly 18' x 14'. The TV is centered along the long wall. I was thinking of 2 rows of 3, but wasn't sure if that would be a good idea since one of the lights would end up right above the TV. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If the space will also be used for reading and all the lighting is coming from recessed cans, plan on ~ 20 lumens per sq ft.
Total requirement - 5040 lumens.

If CR6 type lights will be used on dimming circuits, ~ 9 - 10 cans will be needed. Modern dimmers cut the max power by ~ 5%.

The lights could be arranged in a U shape with the TV wall at the top of the U.

Other light sources such as torchieres, table lamps could be used to create brighter zones.
