Living room lighting design help

Hello - I've just found this forum and I hope that you can give some feedback! I am designing a lighting scheme for our living room, dining room, and kitchen. Specifically, I'd love your feedback on the living room design. Jpeg attached... planning on using 6" cans for the general lighting and 3" cans for the wall wash and task lighting. Thoughts? Anything I'm missing?
1 cell = 1 foot. All of the furniture, window, pass through, doorway, etc measurements are to scale.
