Exterior/garage lighting

The front of our garage is 23' long and we would like to put a recessed light in each of the corner soffits in the front of the garage (this would be the only exterior lighting on this end of the house) and I am wondering if this would give the driveway (which would be 23' wide) enough light to get in and out of cars at night. Thanks!
