Which sun lamp????????????

I will be buying as a gift for a friend,a Full Spectrum High Definition Sun Lamp,for S.A.D.,during the winter months,i was wondering if any of you have bought one,and if yes, which one did you buy(there are several to choose from,and it is confusing)what do you love-hate about it?
