Full Spectrum High Definition Sun Lamp?????

Hello all,

I will be buying a Sun Lamp as a gift for some one who suffers from S.A.D. during the winter months,i have looked them up, and there are several on the market,i was wondering if any one here has ever used one?if yes, which one,and what do you love-hate,about it.

To many choices some times,things can be very confusing can't they.

Hi Carol,
We love full spectrum lighting. We have used it mostly in full sized fluorescent light fixtures, but also in Happy Lite Lamps. They are very nice lamps.
