Need Help with Bathroom Lighting

Hi All,
I've been working with my builder on the bathroom lighting for our new master but i'm just not happy with the options he's presented. dimensions are 9'7" x 7'4". 8 ft ceiling.. i have a 5 ft vanity with single full length mirror above... full length shower with bench...
There's no room to put sconces on side of mirror so that's out.. Any ideas for the best combination of fixtures for this space? Thanks much.
