Hello everyone !

I wanted to hear your thoughts on what happened at our house last weekend. The 9 lamp chandelier that we had in our foyer, fell and broke all of a sudden. There was no one around , so luckily we were all safe, but there were broken glass shattered everywhere !

My question is should we complain to Lowes or Portfolio ? We bought this from Lowes almost 6 years back, so dont have the receipt or box. Appreciate your valuable inputs ..

Also it would be really helpful if someone can recommend a good quality brand, now that we have to replace it. Any good online dealers ? Please let me know
