Under cabinet LED failures

We just had two transformers fail at the same time. These are made by Kichler and they were installed less than 30 days. How common is this? The day we installed replacement xfrmr a string of LED failed. If this is a recurring problem the electrician bills are just one of the issues.

We did not install any dimmer switches

Were the transformers (power supplies) sized accordingly? Or was there some other issue?

You'd need the electrician's help to figure this out.

If done properly low voltage ucl will last quite a while.

Transformers and LED strings were all supplied by Kichler and professionally installed. Lights were flickering for a while then they went out. Replaced the transformers under warranty and now lights work ok. But we are out the expense for the electrician and are concerned that this may be a recurring problem. The kitchen forum has several complaints about Kicheler quality as recent as 2012. We were hoping these had been resolved.

Does anyone else see poor quality in Kichler LED transformers?
