We are getting our house built and are in the planning phase.

I want ucl. The builder is charging 1200 for light. Approximately 4 lights.
We are getting our 110 sockets that are usually in backsplash in the upper cabinet bottom.can that be helpful I. Putting lights later on.

Is the price for ucl alright?
Or should we try to get a prewire?
Or just go ahead with the builder ucl?

Rather expensive for 4 lights. At that price, 4 unilume bars sounds like a bargain.

The easiest thing to do is to pre-wire.
