How do I get the glass off this fixture?

I am baffled by this fixture. We had it installed a couple of years ago and need to change light bulbs. The electrician threw out the instructions. The metal tabs on the sides move on the glass, but I can't seem to twist/force them off, and don't want to break the glass if this is not the right way. Does anyone have one of these? Thanks for your help!

I have very similar lights down the hall, I believe you will find one of the metal tabs or two, will be on a spring. Just pull straight away from the glass and the glass should be released. Do not pull down or up just out.

Hope this helps and you understand what i am trying to say.

Yes, it worked. Thank you so much! I am always amazed at how fast and accurate the information is on this site.
