| Hi,
We're putting in a new kitchen and I'm trying to work out the lighting placement. I'm thinking about 7 6" cans, 2 pendants over the island and a pendant over the sink. Is that too many fixtures? The kitchen is part of a big open space, but the kitchen part is about 15' x 12'. Should I change the locations of any of the fixtures? Would it be better to have two 4" cans on either side of the sink? We'll also have under cabinet lights. The ceiling joist runs parallel with the sink. The center of the 6" cans can either be at 22" or at 30 1/2" from the wall. Any suggestions? Thanks so much! |
