Need to offset pendants from junction box

I am in the middle of a kitchen remodel. We have expanded the kitchen area into the adjacent breakfast room with a steeply sloped 2-story ceiling. My electrician says the junction box cannot be moved. Is there some sort of "T" for a monorail system that can be used on a sloped ceiling in order to offset the pendants out from the existing box and in both directions?
