bathroom vanity lighting

Hi all

I have a single octogon box above a bathroom counter, and
I'd like to have lights extending along the top of the mirror about 4' or so in order to provide good light coverage. Back in the proverbial day, you could buy long light fixtures with a set of lights distributed along the length. But now all I can find is these clustered arrays of lights, and the longest is about 30" - just not long enough.

I really don't want to break open the wall and add another couple of boxes - any ideas?

Many thanks,
Paul N.

Here's lote of 48" fixtures with a array of lamps.
Try Alico lighting or Dolan lighting
