| I'm hoping to find stainless dimmer switches for our kitchen renovation, and Leviton seems to make these, but our electrician is partial to Lutron, which seems not to have a stainless option for the switch. Would you knowledgeable folks comment on whether there is a difference in quality? or a reason not to use metallic wall plates and switches? Any difference in the energy efficiency of the switches? Any other manufacturer I should be considering?

| You might also post this in the kitchen forum because I am finding very little activity in this forum. I'm partial to Lutron too, but Levitron is a reputable company and I wouldn't hesitate to use them if they have the finish you want. |
