Recessed light housing too close to ceiling molding

Hi!
Getting ready to sell out house and decided it is time to take care of an issue that has been bothering us for a long time.
When we moved in, there was a hole in the ceiling for a recessed light. It is still there because it is so close to the molding that we can't find a flange or sleeve that will fit. What in the world do we do?
