Kitchen Lighting Placement - Plan included

Id like to put 5" cans on the perimeter and 2-3 pendants over the island. Just not sure of how many and placement.

Some measurements:
Room size is 14'x15'. Island is 36"x84".

Windowside is 163" Range is 30". Window is 36". Sink is 30". Hood is 26" deep.

Bar side is 75" from cabinet face to counter edge. There are 2 21" glass door cabinets flanking a 36" wine rack.

There will be under cabinet light as well.

The room is open to the dining room. The cans will be on a 3 way dimmer accessible from both entrypoints. Same for the pendants. There will be undercabinet led strips separately switched.

Sorry about rambling, 1st post on this and not sure what/how much info to include. Posted in kitchen section as well in case thats a better forum.
