| All of the ceiling fans seem to be either single 100w, double 60 watt or 4-40 watt. THat doesn't seem like enough overhead lighting.
What do you recommend for overhead lighting for a 16x13 bedroom. The walls are purplish grey. we will have small desk lamps (40 watt or so). I like a fan with 4-40 watt bulbs, will this be "enough" lighting? |

| Not if you intend to do extensive reading there. A 40 watt incandescent light bulb produces 350 to 400 lumens. Unless you're willing to put up with table lamps spotlighting a small area, you need to use other light sources such as floor torchieres. |
