I have found what I want for my light fixtures in my kitchen. They are stainless steel and glass candle holders that I want to turn upside down. Picture at link. The only problem is that the stainless steel has sides and a bottom. The glass only has sides. I need to adhere the glass to the stainless steel so that it won't fall out when candleholder is turned upside down. Is there a glue that can resist the heat of a 60 watt bulb? Thanks for any assistance!

Homemade fixtures don't have UL or other regulatory certification for permanent wiring. You might want to have a little chat with your insurance agent before proceeding to "roll your own."

accident insurance do not work ? i like DIY ,i like " roll your own rules and regulations"

UL is not required, but they need to be made in a safe manner.
