Kitchen lighting advice please - 4 or 6 inch can?

Here is the lighting plan on my kitchen in a home I'm currently building.

This is in California, so I believe these will all be fluorescent. My question is, should I go with standard 6", or go with 4", or mix and match? I'm going for a very modern contemporary look.

Thanks for looking.

I'm in CA too. I went with 6" LED cans - Cree LR6 - in the warm color 2700.
I think the LEDs look nicer than the flourescents.
I ordered them from Polar-Ray.

I second the choice of 6" LED cans.

Now there are CR6 cans ~ 64.99 from Polar-Ray.

6" LED cans are cheaper than 4".

You'll probably need to use title 24 compliant lights (GU24 base)
