light bulb confusion

I need help purchasing led bulbs PLEASE. It's confusing to switch, but I really want to change all of my bulbs to leds or cfl if that is my option. I have an antique tiffany lamp that takes type b bulbs (candelabra), and I've always used the ones that are wrapped. I found some led type b online (7W SAMSUNG LED LIGHT BULB with SCREW IN E27 BASE (B type), but it asks about the input voltage (90- 130) or (200 - 240). It also asks about pure or warm white - what does that mean?

How do I know which ones to purchase? I have no clue about the voltage input and have no idea how to find out.

If you live in the U.S. the nominal voltage is 120 volts (although people will call it 110 or 115 volts as well). Unlike regular incandescent lamps, LED lamps (and fluorescent lamps) come in colors. Warm white will more approximate the color of incandescent lamp while "pure" will likely be more of a "blue white".
