I am trying to get one of my landscape lighting circuits onto a light sensor to have it start at sunset. However, it blew out the first one. I thought it was over loaded due to the fixtures being modified 120v, with 3 bulbs and aluminium wiring.

Any ideas on the cause and the fix.
