Best finish for outdoor lights

I want to replace my outdoor sconces to something more updated. I've been online and get confused about the materials used.

What is die cast aluminum and cast aluminum or is it the same. Some are metal with powder coated, and others are brass.

Which would hold up best in the elements? I don't want something that will rust out.

brass won't rust, but it will tarnish over time. aluminum won't rust or tarnish.

my advice is buy GOOD quality fixtures that you can see and feel before purchase if you expect longevity. buying something online that all you can do is look at a picture may result in getting something you don't like.

what i do is i go find a product i like in a store and then go online to price shop it. if i can get it for enough savings online, then i buy it there. if not, i go get it locally.
