Dim to Warm LED in Kitchen / Bath

I've been thinking about using the SATCO S9025 R30 LED 2700K - 2200K. Dim to warm.

Has anyone seen these? Is the dim to warm a nice effect? Apparently the restaurant and hotel industry have been asking for it.

These bulbs are CRI 80+, 750 lumens. I would have 5 of them for a 10 x 11 kitchen general light.

Would also have under cabinet LEDs and halogen under the hood.

Thank you for your input.
