LED bulb in incandescent housing?

We are remodeling a home and are going to be putting recessed lighting throughout. We want to put 5" Halo housings in with led bulbs. Can we use the incandescent housings with led bulbs. Also, could we use BR30 LEDs and buy the trim separate or do we have to use the ones with the trims attached? Here are links to the housings and bulbs we are considering:

Yes.

When you add the cost of the trim ($10-$20) to the cost of the bulb, you may find that purchasing an integrated unit (e.g., Ecosmart/Cree CR4 or CR6) is not that much different in cost. Looks cleaner too.
