Light for over kitchen sink (Picture)?

Our kitchen light is behind a face board above our kitchen sink. It is a rectangular, florescent light and a big bug collector. We are seniors and finding it hard to maintain. The picture is before our kitchen renovation was completed. Any suggestions/pictures as to what kind of fixture we should be looking for would be greatly appreciated.
