pool table lighting and ceiling fan ideas needed - pics

I am trying to figure out what to do about adding some billiards lighting to this table, and also have a fan. I am open to any and all ideas. I am going to change out the fan regardless, something more modern. Is there a way to add billiards lighting to the bottom of a ceiling fan, or would this look silly??? What about other ideas for the fan, and just use the light directly above the pool table. Or, maybe other ideas for lighting and just the fan above the table.

There are lots of decorative pool table lights that would improve the look of the room, and put some good lighting on the game. It doesn't look too crowded to me from the picture.

If you use the light you are showing, is there any other light in the room? The solid shades will concentrate all the light on the table and no light in the room itself. You might look for 1 with glass shades instead, or add recessed, maybe 4 in the 4 corners. Look at the Diane single oscillating ceiling fan and the Melody wall fan from Atlas Fans. Both are at available from www.yourlightsite.com. just search under Atlas fans. The Diane can be mounted on the ceiling in a corner out of the way or the Melody can be mounted on the wall. Either one will do a good job in the room. Look at the Billiard lights on that site under Hi-Lite. Very similar to what you are showing but with glass shades.
