| I will have a post light and a smallish pendant light at the front of my new home.
There are quite a few options for the glass, clear, creamy white, beige, seeded, squiggy. Which glass will give me the most sparkling light? Do the bulbs matter when you want sparkle? |

| If "sparkle" is what you're after, I'd use a clear glass shade and a clear bulb. Use a clear halogen bulb to get the whitest light possible in whatever wattage you choose. You'll lose the sparkle as dirt accumulates on the light, so you'll want to clean it frequently if this is your goal. |
