upside down chandelier?

I am considering this chandelier for the traditional dining room. The size is good; my concern is how exposed and noticeable the light bulbs will be given there are 18! Here is the link:

Anyone have this or a similar chandelier? I am unable to see this chandelier before I order it and would have to pay shipping both ways ($$$) if I don't like it.
I will wait for it to go on sale before I order it!

Here is a link that might be useful: upside down chandelier

RE: upside down chandelier?

For that price, I'd look for a NM store and see about viewing it in person.

I doubt the bulbs will be too bright, since the chandelier is pretty busy and will do a fairly decent job of covering them up.
