 o
Radio Ra2 and LED recessed lighting?

We are building a new house and would love to have LED recessed lighting through out. The wife would like either 4" or 5" cans with some of them used for wall washing. We would also like a smaller diameter accent recessed light - around 2". Our contractor recommended The Xceed line by lightolier because of their price and IC rated housing. The problem is that I'm not sure if they are controllable and dimmable by the Lutron Radio Ra2 system. Does anyone know if the systems are compatible? Any other suggestions for LED recessed lighting which will work (dimmable) with Radio Ra2? Thanks for the help!

Lutron has a search tool. Go to the page, and select "RadioRA 2." Further limit by selecting "downlight". You will find a good number of LEDs that Lutron has tested.

If you are interested in using CREE lights, you can also check out their web page, http://creelighting.com/Resources/Dimming_Compatibility.aspx

Here is a link that might be useful: Lutron LED search
