Recessed Light for Tight Space

We are remodeling our kitchen and in need of some advice for a recessed light that I need to squeeze between some relocated ductwork and plumbing. The location is above the dishwasher in the image below.

The space I have to work with is only about 5" deep and 4" wide. Prefer to use LED. My thought is what ever size light I use at this location I would carry the same around the counter space and possible use a large diameter recessed light along opposite refrigerator and pantry wall.

Some things I have been looking at are Juno mini recessed lights (however not sure if enough light will be provided)

or or possibly getting a remodeler Frame that maybe can be installed inline between the ductwork and the joist. Something like Lytecaster 3-3/4"

Would losing some height be possible- ~ 1/2 to 3/4"? If so, you could use h99 type housing along with a light such as the Cree cr4.

I think that is a posibility and the route I am steering towards. Can you tell me what is the differance betwwen the Cree cr4 type lights vs and LED bulb (where you would have to buy the trim seperate)?

Did you take a look at the recessed led guide?

The 3 important differences are
1. Lamps like the cr4 were built to be used as recessed lighting. There is better thermal management- the heat sink is properly sized, there is protective circuitry to protect the lamp when the temp becomes too high.

2. Different color LEDs are used and the light is mixed. The output is that emitted from the mixing chamber and will be at least comparable to the bulb in a can.

3. The dimming performance is generally superior.
