| We are about to build a new home and will have a 7' by 4' kitchen island. I really like this small foyer light that measures 10" by 14" and would probably put two over the island. Would love any thoughts on using this fixture. I'm not sure what the standards for size, etc are. In addition to these island pendants, we will have recessed all around and undercabinet lighting.

| It would work for omni-directional lighting. Do you have other fixtures that will cast light down on the work area? If not then you may want to consider open bottom glass pendants. |
