Looking for light shade for range top bulb

Lighting experts,
I know I need to get a (downward) directional bulb for my ge profile range top, but I want to try and use one of the cree leds I have.
The issue is that the cree led is omni directional, and once it is on, while it lights fine, you just can't look at the range top without hurting your eyes (because of the glare).
I was wondering if there is some sort of shade that I can get that will work for this situation.
